Glitch right now - trying to list new item, on both old and new versions.

Forces me to complete the 'Core' section, even though it's not handmade - am selling a dress - but when I choose a date in 'when was it made', it tells me I still have to choose a date, and I can't publish the listing. Have tried many times, on old & new version, refreshed page etc. What's going on, does this happen often? I'm new seller and had no problems adding listings a week ago.

Use a browser & OLD listing form ... the app is glitchy and the NEW form is missing many details necessary for listing items.

hi thanks for reply. I am using browser and tried both forms. It worked a week ago.I just had confirmation from etsy support that the engineering team are already looking into this glitch.

I'm glad they are looking into it. It would also be nice however, to have an Announcement about it (in Technical Issues). Hope it's fixed soon, for all who are having trouble.

Had the same problem trying to list 3 new items yesterday.  Kept getting the exclamation point and message to give date it was made which I had already done - then proceeded to do over and over....
