Because of a glich in my Etsy "Orders Sent" section, one of my orders looks like it's still in "Pre Transit" and I had my ranking for shipping at dispatch reduced somehow because of this one Etsy error. The order has actually well and truly been sent (along with the another purchase made at the same time) and happily received already by my customer
I think the glich doesn't handle multiple sales well as two of my items were sent via the same Aus Post Express Tracking number
my Customer wants to leave a Review for both items but cannot do it ...as Etsy says she can't Review until the goods are received. Huh?
then what's more under the Star Seller report....I have a less than perfect rating for dispatching...rubbish! as I always always send on time and usually upgrade people to Express so my dispatching stays at 100% and goods get there super quick. My customers love it! How is this problem not been seen to...I see Forum comments that have mentioned both these gliches yet as of today June 27th 2022 nothing obvious ...it seem has been rectified.

I know the help center article about star seller says to post here in this forum if you have an issue with star seller but Etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a while ago so it's just us sellers here. For help from Etsy support you will need to contact them directly.

There is a direct link to the support ticket page in every shops shop manager - Just go to Shop manager > Community & help > Contact us
That will open the page to start a support ticket.
Once there select 'selling on etsy' then select issues.
Depending on the issue, they offer email, phone and/or chat support. Note that the phone support option recently changed to a request a call back system. There is no direct number sellers can call for etsy phone support. You can only request that they call you back.
You will need to click around a bit to get to the actual page with the contact options and at times it feels like endless maze loop of clicking and getting nowhere other than faq's that do not address your issues. You will need to get creative and click on options that may not match your issue completely. When you see 'I still need help' at the bottom of a page then click that....it will take you straight to the page with the available contact options.
Keep in mind that the phone support and live chat folks are just a call center and can only handle a limited list of issues. Everything outside of that they will bump up the support chain to someone who works for etsy proper to handle. Live chat and phone call back are only available sometimes it seems and the availability changes throughout the day.
Remember...the key is to click 'I still need help' when you see it.

Review windows opens when it shows delivered on etsy (pretty much only USA tracking does that) or on estimated delivery date. It will actually tell her on the purchases page, the date from which she can leave a review. It doesn't open earlier than that, even though she has the items, to prevent buyers leaving bad reviews for not receiving items, when their estimated delivery date hasn't passed.
However there is a bug that prevents buyers leaving a review, it's still marked as resolving, (not fixed) in the forums, from May.
This could be what's preventing your buyer leaving a review.
