Gift Message Included

In the past, when a customer added a gift message, it would show up and you would click the print button to print it to add it to your order for them. Now, it shows they picked Gift Message and then there is no message. I tried printing the order and it doesn't print any gift message. The whole order page looks different so I don't know where to find this. I have been here for 14 years, so I am not new at this. Thank you.

So are you saying that when you print the packing slip the message is not there?

Nevermind, I figured it out. It is a bit different, but you have to mark it as a gift and then print the receipt.

Thank you!! This solved it for me - I didn't realize we could mark it as a gift on our end as a seller, and that's what finally made the message show up with the gift receipt.

3 Months later. This issue persists, and Etsy support has no idea about it. Come on Etsy... solve it. Orders are randomly coming in without being marked as gift despite having gift message.
