Currently the gift messages don't have a character limit. Printify has a limit of 125 characters. Currently when an order from etsy goes to Printify and it is over 125 characters, my order is halted and won't go through. I can't delete the message, there is nothing I can do to submit the order. For now I have stopped gift messages, but I really wanted to use them. I also have a customer's order that I can't fulfill and I will have to cancel it and have her re-order with no gift message. Can you please consider a 125 character limit so that gift messages will function on Printify? Or make it like the personalization box where a seller can choose how many characters to allow.
