Getting star seller

I have achieved 2 awards but it’s saying I don’t despatch on time. I send my orders immediately next day and if before 2pm it’s the same day. If a blanket is bought over the weekend I am not able to send until Monday morning so how is it I don’t reach despatch time on time. I can’t improve it in anyway if post office is not open ??

Check your order processing times, and your processing schedule.  If your schedule is not set for Mon-Fri, the weekend will be included as part of your working week.

@HudgellByTracy: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to confirm which order(s) Etsy thinks was shipped late and / or without verifiable tracking?

Were all of the orders shipped and marked complete on or before the scheduled ship by date on the order? Remember that you can only do it once and you have to do it before the existing scheduled to ship by date.
