Getting notifications on phone but no orders showing up in the app

I have received 3 notifications on my phone today from the 'Sell on Etsy' App saying I have received orders. Each notification has a different buyer name, so I know they're not duplicates. The orders came in 3 hours, 25 mins and 3 mins ago.

When I go into the app, it tells me I have only made 1 sale today. Normally when I get a notification about a sale it shows up in the app instantly.

This has happened before (with the orders never showing up in the app) and I have ignored it, but this is the first time it has happened twice in one day.

What's going on here? Am I losing income?

I, and others posting in the Forums, have experienced very delayed cha-chings.  I'm sorry, I know it's confusing.  Hope you get the sales showing up!

* By any chance do you also have the beta seller app with the blue icon?  Because I was getting notifications from that one too, until I turned it off.

The same thing just happened to me. The notice is on my phone but not my dashboard or email. Weird.

I get Cha Chings for old orders, the ones I've already shipped. Check the name and address maybe they are the old ones.

I've been getting the Cha Chings on my phone for orders from over the weekend.  Not all of them were delayed, but I was noticing that I had orders showing up that I never got a notification for and then I would get it a few days later for some reason.  It was like every 3rd order type of thing.  So weird and a bit annoying!

It really is weird! When I sat down to work this morning, my watch buzzed and buzzed and I kept looking for messages/orders/review and finding nothing. Since I had barely started my first cup of coffee it took an embarrassing amount of time to realize those were from yesterday! Crazy!

Did you go to the app store and see if there is an update that needs to be downloaded?  I also have to refresh my orders page on the ap to get new orders to show up but usually the update is the culprit

Same! I have a Apple Watch and usually the notifications come right through but this morning my wrist was buzzing like crazy and after some head-scratching I realized those were almost all from yesterday. Between this, the jumping curser and the weird things going on with messages, it feels like Etsy was overrun with Gremlins. Hope it gets fixed!

The same has been happening to me over the past two days I'm confused. The notification comes from the Sell on Etsy app, but when I open it, there are no orders and none show up on the desktop version, and I am not getting emails about them. I am worried about customers getting mad if they are trying to make a purchase with me and I can't process their orders!
