Getting a rational response from support has become impossible

Two months ago I realized that the total in the monthly VAT Statements (basically the PDF invoices that Etsy issues for its fees) did not correspond to the real total of the fees. And the difference is given by the credits of the "Share&Save" program. For example, if the fees for the month are 100 and I got 10 as a credit, the total would be 90. Instead, the invoice shows 100.

This is a big problem for me. I don't know how it works in other countries, but here in Italy I have to use this invoice to pay the 22% Italian VAT. If the invoice has a higher amount than the correct one, I pay more. 

I opened a ticket two months ago, I only received meaningless replies, clearly written with AI. I kept replying by writing the same things, each time I received a meaningless reply on a different topic.

Today I opened another ticket because this month's invoice is also wrong. The answers don't take into consideration what I wrote and don't make sense. I don't know where to turn anymore.

Thank you very much! None of those who replied to my tickets were able to give me this simple answer. I contacted my accountant and they confirmed what you wrote.
