Due to a technical problem on Etsy platform my products have been arrived but my clients want to put the reviews and the system would not allow them. BECAUSE THEY STILL LIST THE PRODUCTS AS IN TRANSIT although they were delivered. These habe been going on for months.
At the same time I am always receiving publicity from Etsy telling me how to achieve the star seller. How about correcting this issue and I will get there for sure.

We're still looking into why some buyers have been unable to leave a review for a recent order. Our engineers are currently investigating what's causing this to happen and are working to have this corrected as soon as possible.
We'll also take note of the feedback regarding the notification that's asking the buyer to leave a review. We'll be sharing it with the team to consider for a future update. Please know we take comments from the community to heart, and we make many changes to the site based on what we hear.

I am unable to leave feedback since the little orange reminder circle appeared at the top of my page, presumably to remind me. The "window of opportunity" had opened. When I click on the "Reviews" link (now below the "Purchases" link), I get an error message ("Sorry - unable to download recent purchases, please use "Purchases and Reviews to leave feedback"). This message has a link to "Purchases and Reviews" which only takes me to the Seller's products - no place to leave Feedback. When I go back to my "Account" I try "Purchases" or next line "Reviews" Back in the same circle. Doesn't work. Am I missing something?

What you're describing is different from what I see on my desktop computer. Next to my Avatar on the drop down Menu, there is one line, "Purchases and Reviews". I don't have them separate as you are describing.
Are you using the mobile app?
@ChillwolfArt Hi Cheryl, Nope - I don't have a mobile device or the app. Using my every day old laptop and checked on my husband's regular desktop. Both the same issue. I've tried 3 different browsers on both. I no long have "Purchases and Reviews" on one line. " I am hoping it will self correct. I'd like to leave Pos Feedback from my most recent and awesome purchases.
@ourtimecapsule OK. It's strange how we're viewing it differently. It seems like there's been some glitches going down. I agree; hope you will be able to leave Reviews for your Sellers.
Hi! I have the same problem!! Customers cant leave a review! the tracking number didnt update and shows always in transit.
They should be able to leave the review after the estimated date, but it is not working!!
It would be a great solution that they could update that they have receive it so they could leave the review!
