I tried to generate a January 2024 monthly statement this morning to reconcile my weekly deposit with the bank. The little circle next to "Generating CSV" just rotates and rotates and rotates but never stops. I received the email that says my file is ready to download, but until that little circle stops rotating, I can't do anything. I opened another tab and went in and generated a CSV for December 2023. Everything worked perfectly. I have been online with Etsy Help twice today and neither person did anything to assist me. They said they would send it up the chain.
I have cleared my cache and history. I have changed browsers from Firefox to Chrome. I have switched from a PC to a Mac. I have logged out of Etsy, shut the computer down, restarted the computer, and logged back in. The little circle is still rotating.
Anyone else have this problem now or before and was able to fix it?
