I saw on my Star Seller info that there were 3 orders in which there was no tracking. Can find them NOWHERE in my completed orders and my download of the stats shows me nothing. The chat I had today with Luis was just a joke. I practically begged him to go into my orders and PLEASE just give me the 2 order numbers that were no tracking so I can see for myself. WHY on Earth wouldn't he do it? He just cut me off on chat and I am so pissed off.
Did you go to Star Seller from your Shop Manager, click in the shipping box and download the CSV? It should show in there as it will say "yes" or "no" in the last column. Those which say "no" are the ones Etsy thought should have tracking but didn't. As for Etsy Chat, I must say I am not surprised even though I have never tried to use it!

Chat is outsourced staff. They are very limited by what they can do. Did you download your CSV for star seller and look there?
When I click on the CSV file, it comes up with hashtags and jibberish
@GingerCreekCrossing That sounds like your computer is unable to deal with the information. Try clearing out cache and rebooting.
@GingerCreekCrossing: If you look at the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page you can see exactly which order(s) Etsy thinks was shipped late and / or without tracking. The CSV file contains the order number. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
HoHow
How do I find the CSV file?
You'll need to expand the cells/boxes at the top. Then it will show the words as opposed to symbols.
@GingerCreekCrossing: On your Star Seller page, click on the shipping card - the popup with have a link to "download order history". Opening it in a spreadsheet (Excel or Open Office) makes it easiest to view.
How do I expand that?
Click on the right side of the cells/boxes at the top and drag to the right.
The ones I'm referring to have the headings such as date, order number, so on and so forth.
Are you viewing the downloaded csv file in Excel or a similar spreadsheet application? You can use Google Sheets if you don't have Microsoft Excel.
@GingerCreekCrossing You're saying it was 3 orders, then you said 2. Not sure if that was an error. Anyway, if you go into your "completed" orders > Completed Status > and click the circle with "no tracking" on the right the orders with no tracking should be there. If that doesn't work for you, go back to chat to get a different person. Maybe he wasn't trained for star seller issues. Good luck.
