First, I was put on forced vacation mode on December 17th. After four months, the vacation mode was removed, and now my funds are on temporary hold. Despite contacting them several times, I have not received any response. Since I work on a made-to-order basis, I need to send payments to my production partner regularly. I don't know whether I should continue or just quit.
Have you had any claims by customers filed against your shop, or received notices from Etsy that they removed a listing (or multiple) for violating policy?
Etsy puts funds on hold for any number of reasons, including unverified seller details (name, address, bank), buyer claims (they see that as a risk), or policy violations.
I do suggest you read up on Etsy's creative standards and Intellectual property policies as you are selling Mandalorian / Disney items, which are prohibited.
I am adding another product. Do you think if I remove these costumes, the hold on my funds will be lifted?
@JestfulPropsCostumes I don't know, because I am not sure why Etsy placed the hold on your funds. The infringing items is the likely reason, but there could be others.

No mystery here.
By looking at what you are selling, it's obvious!
@JestfulPropsCostumes I don't know if it will help with your funds but at least your shop won't get closed for infringement.
Fix your about section.
"We are no longer selling costumes. Our shop now focuses on beautiful, high-quality throw pillow covers to bring style and comfort to your home. "
And yet the only items in your shop are Motorcycle Jeans made by a "Production Partner" whose website says "Torque Tex is a leading manufacturer of high-quality motorcycle pants and themed apparel,"
So are you just reselling items you had no hand in designing?
anyone notice how the original label on the back of the jeans is covered over with a blank label?
Hmmmmmm I smell a rat here!
I looked up the company. They design and make the items and then you can buy the items to sell. I don't know if they would be considered a POD.
@Marmalady - Torque Tex has their own Etsy shop selling the same items!
@JestfulPropsCostumes You either have 2 Etsy shops or you are "borrowing" from the Torque Tex Etsy shop. You also are not being honest about your location.
From the Torque Tex website: " At Torque Tex, we offer a white-label dropshipping solution that allows you to start your own business without any upfront investment. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, online store owner, or looking for a new revenue stream, our seamless system provides high-quality motorcycle pants, denim, and themed apparel with your branding – no inventory, no hassles! Partner with Torque Tex and start selling high-quality motorcycle and themed apparel under your own name."
Yes but that means the company is designing the item as they have designers on staff. IT's like other clothing companies. You purchase what they make and they will put your brand name on it.
I am not borrowing from anyone, nor do I have a second shop. Torque Tex is my legitimate production partner. They manufacture and ship my products.
@MrsDsHandKnits They also have an Etsy shop selling the same items as OP is selling
Yes, me thinks OP has shown us his hand and the deck is stacked against him!
Only Etsy can say why they have put you on payment reserve. You will need to look for an email or you will need to contact Etsy and ask why.
@JestfulPropsCostumes Using the word Kevlar is trademark infringement.
