Full size images in app search instead of saved Thumbnails

This ongoing issue since March keeps coming back.

Saved thumbnails are not showing in app search results (in desktop yes), resulting in full size images being shown in app search results.

I realize this when the shop tanks, I check the app search to realize this issue is back again.

When is the investigation going to finish and this issue is finally being solved? Any updates towards sellers regarding the ongoing investigation would be highly appreciated ( for example in a pinned message as with other side wide issues )

Today there was a notification for a site wide issue, with the text if you still experiencing a technical issue/ bug contact the technical issue forum. 

I’m writing support since March for a bug / technical issue as written above.
Since March I’m told the same story by support that Etsy is aware and is investigating to solve the issue. 
Why this is not a side wide issue and treated the same as the one today?
