Fulfilled order

So I accidentally listed a custom digital product as physical because I did not know how to list it as digital at the time.... It was my first time! Anyways, I received an order for this listing and I fulfilled it within the same hour but and marked it as shipped ... but the status did not change.  I also refunded customers money so that I would correct the listing which I did. I don't know what else to do the order should say shipped or fulfilled within 1 day.

if as you say you refunded the order , then to remove it from your live orders you will need to cancel it too

@PersonalWraps: If you did a 100% refund you also need to cancel the order for it to be considered "completed".

@PersonalWraps Any order shipped without tracking will not qualify for the Star Seller program and you will also not have any seller protection should something go wrong with an order (because there is no way to prove that item was shipped). 

Welcome to Etsy ... I see you have already had 76 sales, congrats!  Unfortunately MANY of those sales are items infringing upon Disney & others, which makes the items illegal listings and are considered counterfeits, which are also illegal to ship!  I would suggest remove all IP infringing items so that your shop does not get permanently shut down!  Wishing you good luck as you begin your new Etsy journey!
