Frustrated with Etsy's Customer Support service and Seller Verification process

I got an email on 27th January saying "Verify your seller info to get paid for your sales". I have uploaded my updated Aadhar Card and I am waiting for their response since then. There is no reply or anything from their end. I am stuck at the beginning of the month with this issue and etsy was my only source of income. I got to know that a lot of sellers are facing this issue, why is that? How long I have to wait with no hope. I really need this issue to be solved at earliest.

I am selling on Etsy since 2023 and all of a sudden they need verification

if you sell more than 200 items a year to USA, you are now covered by the inform act

etsy needs to do additional verification by end Jan.
If they do, and you do not meet all the new requirements, they have to put you on vacation, until they can verify the additional info they need

What is the additional info they are needing? I just got to know someone indian seller’s account got approved by providing same documents as I did i.e. Aadhar Card. I created a support ticket request and they closed it “this req has been completed” and I don’t see any single email or messages from their end specifying the issue.

I've been on here since 09 and they got me too. This is also my full time job. I have no income as of now ether.

Any idea why this is happening? and how long this will go on?

I am greatful to etsy for what it has given. but being my only source of income getting stuck at this point is very disheartening. Moreover they closed my support ticket without even giving a single reply.
