To whom it may concern,
We are facing the issue (This listing is not publishable because it's frozen) when we change the state of the listing edit to active using updateListing endpoint. Please give the reason & proper solution for this error. Here is the Listing id & Shop id for reference.
Shop Id = (REMOVED)
Listing Id = (REMOVED)
Endpoint: (REMOVED)
X-Etsy-Request-Uuid: (REMOVED)
Steps to reproduce:1- API version V3
2- Update the inventory using updateInventory Endpoint
3- Then update the state of the listing that's not in active state (state edit) using updateListing Endpoint you'll get this error (This listing is not publishable because it's frozen).
Expected behavior
If we update the state of the listing having state edit, it should be updated from edit to active state.
Regards
Hello!
I would like to remind everyone to please be careful and not share any sort of personal/sensitive information (yours or otherwise), such as internal data about your shop and listings. Having said that, I redacted such info from the OP.
Please be mindful that this is a safety measure for you and everyone else potentially involved in the matter, which is why this is such an important aspect of our Community Policies.
Thank you!
What??????
We are all just other sellers here. If you need to contact etsy, you need to go through dashboard>community & help>contact us and open a support ticket.
If you want advice from other sellers, you probably need to explain what is happening in more basic terms and maybe we've seen that issue come up before.
goodness. No one here can help you with that.
this is a sellers forum.
@Demandtesting You are barking up the wrong tree, here. Whatever you are trying to do with your test shop and 61 "sales" which may not even be real needs to be addressed to Etsy Support. I'm guessing you are in developer mode -
