Hello! So about 2 1/2 weeks ago I updated my tax information to my new LLC and EIN. Etsy said they couldn’t verify it and froze my account. They had me upload documentation to prove the info I entered was correct, which I did, but they still haven’t verified or reached out to me at all and my shop is still frozen. I’ve tried to contact them every way I could find and I’m not having any luck. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!
