Frozen Etsy Chat

My Etsy chat has been frozen for a week. 
Despite being able to type in “hello Etsy” there has been zero response. 
very grateful if anyone can advise on how to email Etsy tech support or how to unfreeze it.
Have switched browsers, cleared cache, restarted, logged out and signed in nothing is helping. Very grateful for some tech support help on this frustrating issue
