Etsy Chat Frozen. How To Report This?

My etsy chat has been frozen for about a week. I can type in 'hello etsy' but there is no response. 

Have followed advice to clear cache, switch browsers, log out/in. Still frozen on both safari and chrome.

There is no email address for etsy technical support, does anyone have any ideas please on how to report this chat problem?
