I have the free shipping guarantee turned on in my shop since they first offered it for orders over $35. I have not turned it off. The past few days shipping is being charged on all orders including orders over $35. When I checked the shipping gurantee is still turned on for my shop.
@onepieceatatime It’s not YOUR computer/phone that is causing the issue … it’s your customer’s (old) devices.
That often happens when the buyer is using an outdated version of the app.
So, how do you update the app?
Depends on their device. Mine is on automatic updates for my iPhone and iPad.
Sometimes the user has to upgrade their device (buy new) becaus updates on the old device is no longer supported.
Doesn't make sense. This is a new computer. And, I don't use my phone for etsy.

@onepieceatatime It’s a buyer problem not yours. The buyer needs to upgrade their app, not yours.
