More than 12 hours ago, I de-activated my shop's Free Shipping Guarantee. A day later, my listings are still showing up with the Free Shipping banner. I reached out to Etsy email support and included screenshots, but received a canned response, and still no resolution.
I don't see that in your shop. I added a low cost item to my cart - shipping cost is showing and nothing about you are X dollars away from free shipping.
Try clearing your cache (history).
There are three basic ways to offer free shipping--free shipping guarantee (FSG) at $35, under marketing by selecting "say thank you with a discount", or by setting shipping as free in your shipping profiles.
So even though you turned off FSG, you have it set up in either marketing or in your shipping profiles in your settings. You need to look at marketing and your settings and see where else you've set up free shipping and make changes there too.
It looks like you have free shipping set up under marketing or either done on each listing or free shipping is selected on a shipping profile.
The FSG is turned off because I don't see that info about spending $35 or more to get free shipping on lower cost items.
Items under $35 I see a shipping cost.

Etsy email "support" has informed me that there is NO WAY to simply revert to my original shipping settings without going through and RE-DOING EACH of my 500+ unique (hello, vintage) listings that are set to free shipping. Unreal. THIS may be the final straw for me...
@RanchQueenVintage: If you are using Shipping Profiles, you should be able to make the change there and it would apply to all attached listings.
