Free Shipping banner no longer showing on my 35$ or over. Anyone know why?

I did a few searches on etsy for my items and I found them and noticed that my listings do not display that I have fee shipping. I have been using the free shipping for items over 35$ for years and now there is no banner or any mention of this fact on my listings. Anyone have this problem? Does anyone know of the solution. Thank you in advance.

@baronleathercraft - not sure, but it may tie in with the mess Etsy has created of not showing shipping info on any listing. Here is a big thread from earlier today....nobody is sure if it is a glitch or a really bad test. Shipping doesn't show til you get to the cart.

Just to agree, none of my listings are showing free shipping either. Makes my items look more expensive than they are!

When you go to my shop you are able to see them on the front page but if you search for an item in the search engine it does not reveal that I have free shipping and when you go to the item via the search engine the item does not reveal that I have free shipping. Which, as Soigne stated, it make my items look more expensive.

@baronleathercraft; We also see the 'free shipping' badge on your items of $35.00 or more when looking at your shop home page.

Free shipping shows if the individual listing has free shipping which means the item has been listed with free shipping. Items with the FSG do not show free shipping as it is not selected in the listing.  It is the item cost that is $35 and over that shows it free in your shop.

I believe there is a difference in how the free shipping is programmed.  it appears it is programmed with items listed iwht free shipping in the listing that display the free shipping.

Thank you everybody. I see now that they have fixed the shipping info display and  I am now able to see the free shipping displayed on the item pages. Thank you again all that helped me.

Yep, it is back now, so just a temporary glitch thank goodness.

The phone app is still messed up --always is-- but now it just shows black & blue placeholders for the shipping and other important fields.
