Free Shipping Guarantee

My free shipping guarantee to orders over 35$ is not applying to orders correctly and im not sure how to fix it. It will add the fixed shipping price even if the order is over 35$ despite the guarantee being active and then if i remove that profile listing it doesnt add a shipping fee at all.

I'm in the US and it looks ok to me when I add items to cart. Single item under $35 shows a shipping fee. If I add more items to make it over #35 then it shows free shipping. Pretty sure the FSG is only for US orders, was the order it isn't correct on an order from the US or another country?

Yeah the order was from someone in the US and it didn't work for them not sure why but I've also had someone else look to now and it works fine d

Works fine for me. One thing I noticed is I didn't get the message to add more things for free shipping. Usually it shows a couple products it recommends I add to get free shipping. Maybe that feature is only for US stores, don't know. OH... something new... there is now a pop up (which at first I ignored - who looks at pop ups!) and it is telling me I can get free shipping by adding more. This is new. Not sure it is catchy enough. Do the rest of you ignore pop-ups too, or is it just me?

Thanks I've had another look and it seems to work fine just unsure why it didn't work for that person as they are in the US too
