Every month I receive from Etsy 15 Free Listings. Last month I noticed that sometimes when I try to use the option it would charge the .20 fee and take away one of my free options. This month is even worse, every time I go to list a new item it charges the fee.
Check your etsy account ... it will show a charge for each listing, but it will also show that you got credited for those same 15 listings. If it is not showing the credits, then you need to contact Etsy and inquire wih them about it.
