Forum activity feed wiped out

My activity feed , ( the bell top right) on the forums was completely wiped out this morning, 

I thought it was just something that would update, but it hasn't

I now have just the one, from about 5 minutes ago

The activity feed normally has a list going back... and back... and back, and I normally have 15-30 ish new ones every morning

I apologise if I have missed something I was replying to, or if anyone tagged me

but I haven't seen this before, is it just me? or has etys wiped everyone?

No, mine is all there and nothing has changed.  I hope yours comes back soon as I know you contribute a great deal to the forums.

It's a bit odd, sometimes it says I have none, but when I refresh they all come back,

but this time, they have all gone, and the list has now started from scratch, no history at all.

@CraftyCornishMaids The same thing happened to me this morning (12 hours ago)

When I logged in I had nothing. Refreshing did not correct the issue, nor did closing and opening a new Browser. I also checked all Notification settings and all were OK.

Slowly, after some time, I began to see "activity" by new / recent posts.

Now. 12 Hours later, I can see all past Notifications. Suggest you do nothing. It must have been some "behind the scenes" cleaning up. But, for quite a while, I thought I would get a "nasty notice" from Forum Moderators for something. That was not a nice feeling.

Whilst I am not happy to have this happen to someone else. I am also relieved that someone else experienced the same thing. Not sure why all our Forum history just went "poof", but I can confirm that it has, for me, returned. I hope the same happens for you.

I now have just 5, from the last 30 minutes , maybe the past ones will come back sometime

I am sure they will. But do not keep looking. It was just too depressing. I went to the Gym with my sister instead, and, when I came home this afternoon, all was OK.

I am just going to walk the dog on the beach, so hopefully things will restore

The only one showing is your last "Like"

I have absolutely no idea what is happening.

Thats odd! I have just checked mine and they are all there as normal. I hope it is just a glitch and yours re-appear.

I never even knew what the bell was for, have never clicked on it (so I've learnt something today) I've always seen the feed on the left when clicking my shop icon to leave the forum and thought that was where it was, so I clicked on the bell and my feed is also there with a spinning wheel at the bottom with the word 'more', maybe they think it doesn't need to be in two places and are trying out disabling one to free up space?

You don't see a bell in mobile view on your phone - I suspect many won't know either way.

Thanks for mentioning this! I was just wondering and about to ask as my last "like" has disappeared -- for a few days now -- though still shows on the app. Weird.

Oh, I just realized we're talking about two different things. I meant the listing faves in the activity feed on the dashboard. I realize now this discussion is about forum activity. Brain fog...

My feed was fine this morning when you first posted this thread. Now (17:20) my feed is empty.
