Formatting all changed

I just logged into my Etsy shop and saw everything changed. Instead of headings across top, they are now in a vertical row down the left side. Can’t see shop views etc as view is grayed out with headings covering content, so really cannot my shop. Looking at home page it is showing large formatted photos of my items with only  one item after another in a vertical row down page. Is this just me(am on my iPad) or a weird test or just a glitch?  This has never happened before.

Same here but with chrome on macbook. the only part of the site still working is the forum.

@BagmakerSupply   Thanks! it works on Google chrome too: I switched to a new window in private mode and everything is normal. Now I will manage try to delete the website data

On my computer Safari it is odd sizes of photos, large blank spaces, type falling off the page. On Chrome it is as it should be.

Same here on an IPhone. Really scrambled and zoomed in as well. Cannot access anything. Is there a solution for IPhones?

Same bad problem on my desktop. Also shop manager is grayed out and not working.  Not working on viasat browser hope someone fixes this

Mine is grayed out on my ipad. Cannot use. Augh!

Same issue today, on Safari, on a Mac my page is contorted with blank spaces, half the page missing on my dashboard, the dashboard showing on the top left on my shop's front page. I have tried all the recommended steps advised here but nothing changed. This problem is only on Etsy and no other site. When contacting Etsy help and showing them a screenshot they say they can not see anything wrong!  The same response regarding anything, clear my cookies.  I would rather eat a cookie than ask Etsy for any solution.

Hi,

Go to Safari- Settings- Clear History and Website Data.

It worked on my Ipad Air.

As of now, my ipad just now showed up as normal. Couldn’t Etsy have let everyone know instead of wasting my life digging through settings, downoading new browsers etc etc? I hope someone got a hand slap about this. E commerce only works when support is consistant and trusting. What a crazy two days.

I am the one who first posted the problem here. Suggestions made to fix all appreciated.  Although in the end I got sidetracked and did not do anything, the next day shop was back to normal‍
