Hello! my account was forced into vacation mode back on the 24th of November 24. Originally I received an email asking me to provide a valid form of ID. I have uploaded my ID and it shows it has been verified however my account still remains in vacation mode. I've had my account for over 2 years and sell digital products without any issues.
Anyone else experienced the same thing? If so, how did you resolve it? I've lodged an appeal however, I haven't had a response.
