Forced vacation

I don’t know what to do. I had one order that I completed on time but Etsy still has my shop on vacation. I didn’t ask them to and I was not overwhelmed. I also don’t have any emails saying missing documents or information. I don’t sell fanart or anything prohibited. I don’t know who to talk to or what to do.

Etsy can be slow to send emails. If they have not already asked for your ID then they will. Otherwise you will need to contact Etsy Support directly.

Be sure that none of your products infringe on copyright or trademarks owned by other creators. Your illustrations must be based entirely on your own creations and not inspired by something else.

It may not be much help but that is the only option you have.  There is no phone number and anyone you find using google is currently being run by scammers.  If you can find the help center, go there and find the option that say something like other issues.  Choose that one.  When you get a reply that is no help at all, reply to that email that you still need help.
