My shop has been placed in forced vacation mode with no communication from Etsy. I've submitted support requests and ensured my documents are correct but my shop has been stuck like this for over a month.

@humorhealingco: Unfortunately, based on other posts, you are not alone, either in the action taken or in the apparent lack of any communication from Etsy. Without seeing what you are selling it is hard to be more specific, but having an incomplete shop is not helping you. And just as food for though, are you sure that nothing about your shop violates Etsy's policies regarding medical / healing claims.
I can't see anything listed, of course.
but the word 'healing' is often a troublesome one. I'm sure many agree with me that laughter (even at oneself) is a healing thing. But...if there were any 'healing' type commentary in listings, that could be an issue.
