Your bot(s) can't read my 100% correct business info. A human needs to read the info! This is the second time this month I am on forced vacation mode. BTW, Etsy owes me days. My renewal days need to be extended due to this malarky. We sellers won't tolerate this kind of treatment. Let me remind you without sellers, Etsy will tank.

Sorry this happened. Only Etsy can help you this. ( this is a seller forum and not actually Etsy help or anything- we are just other sellers) Right now Etsy has more sellers than it knows what to do with. Josh calls us "Churn". And yes- sellers will tolerate it.. they always have.. Some leave and more come. Don't count on Etsy owing you days--can't see that happening. But you will have to talk to Chat about that.. Just keep telling the chat bot that you want to talk to a real human. ( but not on a weekend-- try it during weekday business hours).
Think about branching out to other venues.
