Can’t change shipping status

I accidentally printed two shipping labels for the same order. I requested a refund for one of them and then accidentally used that same label to ship it. So on the shipping status the tracking number that was used to deliver the package on time says refund denied and my package is listed as overdue despite the fact that the customer has it. When I try to complete the order and use the tracking number that was used to deliver the package Etsy will not let me because it says that tracking number is already in use. How do I fix this?

You have a short time to fix tracking. You may have waited too long
