My shop is forced to vacation mode by Etsy. No information or any reason was provided by Etsy for vacation mode. My all the information is up to date , have no idea what is going on. I tried to contact Etsy with multiple emails from last 2 week but iam not getting any response from etsy customer service. Does any one have same situation and how it can be solved.

Same thing. One shop needed updated info. Nothing had changed, no reply yet.
The other shop has no issues and they still did it.
Have your issue got resolved ? Now it has been more than month but no any reply from etsy.
Same here, in vacation mode several weeks now and no reply from Etsy support so far. Really don’t know how to handle this.
