I have had my shop for 4 years now with over 1700 sales. I have a 4.9 review score and star seller. I noticed two nights ago Etsy put my account on Vacation mode "To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing". I cannot uncheck vacation mode.
I currently have 0 open orders. I have been busy with the holiday season, but I have not missed a single ship date. I also made sure my credit card was current (changed to a different card), reviewed my company/tax info, and raised a ticket with no response so far. Has this happened to anyone else?

This exact same thing has happened to me. They said it was to review my tax payer info and state it could take up to 48 hours to complete... it has been 5 days. All during the busy holiday season too? I am beyond frustrated. Someone help. Etsy needs to respond to their customer help tickets! shame on them!
