Forced Vacation mode

I've been selling on Etsy since 2012. I am a "star seller" according to etsy guidelines. Now this. Forced Vacation right in Q4. This might be the straw that does me in on this platform. I "chatted" with a rep yesterday because that is available for star sellers (hilarious.) But NOW, my account has been "limited" so that is not even available. WHEN will Etsy start prioritizing the sellers as much as the buyers? There are no buyers without sellers. I really need someone to reach out to me and let me know how this will be resolved. I follow all the rules. This is uncalled for.
