Forced Vacation Mode

Ive had my shop since 2019 with no issues.  Woke up two days ago with a forced vacation banner on my dashboard with no emails or reason as to why.  One banner said I was put on vacation mode to give me time to catch up on orders (i ship out 3 days a week and clear all orders out), and the other said that it was waiting to verify documents I had uploaded (I haven't submitted any new documents)  I got two different reasons for the forced vacation mode, both don't make any sense.  Ive reached out with a help request since that's the only way to somewhat contact etsy or get an answer, no response yet.  If anyone has any idea as of what to do now that would be great.  Ive scoured the boards and google hoping to get an answer and its all so random.  Im going to try to re enter all my legal info and see if that kicks it into gear.

Re: Forced Vacation Mode

Everyone is now obliged to (re)verify their identity.  You should see a banner on your dashboard if you go to Finances - Legal & Tax information.

Re: Forced Vacation Mode

@TheEclecticMeg  Hi, It could very well have to do with the INFORM Act and Re-Verification. Here is the Announcement from Admin.

The thing is, Etsy is doing it all backwards. Putting Shops on Vacation first, before the Seller gets a chance to Verify. And it cause undue stress and disruption of Shops.
