Etsy put my store on Vacation Mode

Hello,
On January 30 Etsy put my shop into vacation mode without warning. I was able to contact support where they wrote that this is due to expanding business restrictions and sanctions in the region. Etsy has limited access to the site for some sellers.
According to Etsy policy there are only 3 Ukrainian regions under sanction of the USA : Donetsk region, Luhansk region and Crimea.
I live in Lviv (Ukraine) and my store was opened and registered here. This region is not under sanctions.

There are thousands of ukrainian shops that are active now, and that is totally the right thing because we are not in the sanctioned area.
I have never been to the sanctioned territories.
I am ready to provide any documents to prove this.
