Hello, my shop has been on a forced Etsy Vacation mode for over a week now, and Etsy support has not replied to either of the two support tickets I sent in. My ID is verified, my bank info is up to date, and no expired CCs are on file. I have no clue what caused this, and Etsy took away my Star Seller due to the forced vacation mode.
