This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.

My shop was recently placed in Vacation Mode with a message stating that my information is under review. However, I have not received any email or instructions about what steps I need to take to resolve this issue.

I have emailed support team but no reply other than the automated message. It's been two day. Yet there is no resolution?

I would appreciate if someone can contact me so the issue is resolved.
