My shop was put in vacation mode yesterday with the following message:
Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info
This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
I don't have any request or email from Etsy asking me to upload any information. All of my information is up to date and my credit card on file is current. Not sure what else to do. Anyone else in this boat? I've already lost over $1000 in revenue and I'm freaking out.
Contact Etsy Support. They may not be available today because it's a holiday.
@BlackButterflySigns I'm really sorry that you're going through this situation. But you're not alone here. There are many sellers who are 'stuck on vacation mode.'
