My shop was automatically placed in vacation mode right after a sale. I was asked to verify my identity, and I was told that I would receive a response within 5 days. However, I did not receive any update, so I submitted another form of ID for verification.
After that, I received the following email:
“Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears our team has reviewed your case and your details have been successfully verified, so you’re all set to continue selling on Etsy.”
However, my shop is still in vacation mode on the management screen. I have already contacted Etsy about this issue, but I have not received a response.
Does anyone know what might be happening in this situation? I would appreciate any insights.
