Forced Holiday Mode

Hi

My shop has been placed in Vacation mode . Here's what the message says:

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

I have been waiting for 3 days  and I have not received any email or notification from Etsy there have been no recent issues. I have been selling on ETSY for 9 years and all my information is up to date

Could you please help me out for this case ?
