My Shop has been forced into Holiday Mode without any notification. We have not received any email or notification from Etsy why the shop has been forced into Holiday mode. We have been a diligent seller since the past 4 years with over 19,000 sales.
We have been fulfilling our orders on time, reverting to customers as well as receiving 5 star reviews even during the busy holiday season. We dont know what went wrong.
This is what the dashboard says

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details from you.
We really hope Etsy can support us and help us resolve this issue as it is really affecting a small business like us as Christmas is a major season for us and it is just around the corner
