Seems I'm not the only one in forced vacation mode after successfully verifying my information. Been over 1 day and no word from Etsy after I opened a support ticket. Does anyone know how to contact Etsy to get this resolved?

I believe it’s just a matter of time. I have read that they put a shop into vacation mode while they confirm the info. Feels punitive I know but that is what is happening.
If you still don't get an answer, click on still need help. Don't open a new ticket because it will drop you to the bottom of the pack.
I have a support request open 2 days ago and haven't gotten a response yet. I didn't open another ticket but not sure what else I can do from here. I don't think they are verifying the info while on vacation mode as I see lots of other people having the same issues. Some claim that it has been months. How can Etsy screw with peoples livelihood? I just want to get my shop running again.
Try going through your help section in the dashboard.
They have recently limited the call back availability and the call back link has not worked for about a month now.
But there is away around it.

This still seems to just bring me to a email to open another ticket. No call back option unfortunately.
oh, must be based per country, support did mention they have made reductions in the call back availability.
I thought the increased costs was to improve the ability to get assistance not reduce it
I am in exactly the same boat and have tried everything to get this resolved but i have had no luck at all. I have also submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and have had no reply. 6 days now in forced vacation and it's damaging. I have customers messaging me wanting to place orders but i cannot proceed. It's extremely frustrating but it appears that you just have to wait it out until they get around to dealing with it.
Have you entered your tax information in the Additional Taxpayer Info? Etsy needs it as it is obliged to divulge your income to the tax authorities. If you have not entered it then do so straight away and maybe the suspension will be lifted.
I have added both my UTR and my NINO and it has made no difference whatsoever.
