Fixed Price Postage Changed To Free!

Just a little warning to regularly check your postage settings. Etsy changed all my international postage to free instead of fixed price. No help from Etsy customer support so had a whole weeks orders where I've actually lost money. No apologies, no one looking into the issue, just told to increase my prices to make up for it.

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue? Any idea what caused it?

today Etsy changed several of my listings to free without my permission. Changing them back to normal does no good. I cannot get through to message Etsy. So difficult. Apparently the forum is the best place to get help.

Two days ago I was creating a custom listing for an international buyer.  While in "preview" mode, it showed the international shipping as free.  After actually posting the listing, it still showed as free looking at it from my end, but when the customer made the purchase, they paid the international shipping amount.  Since I'm not in the country of the buyer, I couldn't see the postage amount in the listing.  Gotta be another Etsy bug!

I just saw that Etsy changed all of my shipping profiles to PRIORITY international mail at my normal fixed rate for standard delivery, which as you know, more than DOUBLES the cost to me. Unbelievable. I feel I now spend 90% of my time on Etsy putting out fires and figuring out what they changed on me, while they collect their 12% mandatory advertising fee from me and destroy my small profit margin.
