First time reaching out!

I reply convo within 20 minutes and then it show the green bar "Nice work! A quick response always makes a great first impression."

When I return to my in box, the blue bar still show "BUYER NAME is reaching out to you for the first time

Send a reply within 24 hours to show them your shop delivers top-notch service."

Even, I and customer send convo back and forth ~6 convo, the blue bar still show to warn me to reply within 24 hours.

They must have also went through the help link, so you also getting a message though Etsy. I have had that happen. Check your messages and click on unread. You should be able to see it there.  I hope that makes sense.

I already sent the message to help link but no response from Etsy. 

When I click unread, these convo don't show.

I chat this problem with Etsy.

The last word that they reply is "let me just check this one. I'll be right back."

I sent "Please let me know how to fix it"

and then the chat ended without any suggestion!!!!

I have noticed an increase in spam where the same user sends a new message in less than 5 days and gets incorrectly flagged by Etsy as First time reaching so this is not helpful and is rather annoying. No point contacting Etsy as they should be monitoring or doing more to reduce spam.
