I just had someone purchase 2 belts on 8/3, which I shipped on 8/4. The order only had one order # which stated purchased 2 belts. I reported the tracking # in the "complete order" section, but was allowed to do so once...believe because there was only one purchase #. My Star Seller Stats are now saying an order is missing a tracking #. I have been down this road before with errors in calculating....is there anyone working at ETSY that can resolve this. FYI, I had no problem on 7/29 when a customer ordered two dresses....an order # was given to each dress. I was able to record the same tracking # and mark "order complete on each transaction without an issue.

Hello @LorryPolizziVintage,
After checking in here, we can confirm that the data in your Star Seller has been updated and the order isn't affecting your On-Time Shipping metric anymore. Please know that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for this score to update.
Thank you very much!
@LorryPolizziVintage Sorry that you are having problems. This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy if that is your hope. And Etsy has made it clear they will not manually change anything in Star Seller statistics (even when it appears to be due to their error). As to your issue, it sometimes takes a day or two for Star Seller stats to update. Does the tracking number show up on the order itself? If not you should make sure that you enter it. We often have had the "no tracking number" in the CSV file one day and then a day or two later is was there.
