Dear all,
Can anyone assist me for completing my first sale
I received two orders up to now but I'm not able to process the se and receive my funds
Best regards
Are you sure you have orders?
When I look at your shop (which is lacking in being complete), there are no sales listed.
@AliAntiquesArticles Have you given out your email address and then received a message asking for your banking or card details?
If you have, you have been scammed. Contact your banking institution immediately and hope that it isn't too late.
The fact that the OP mentions 2 sales seems to imply that he may have helped the scammers.
Sounds like you lost no money so that's good - you will know better next time...right?
You have no orders.
This is a scam trying to get access to your bank account and steal all your money.
When you have a real sale it'll show on your dashboard on the left side of page, with a number in a small orange circle next to "orders and shipping".

For me it's showing that there's already 1 sale
I received the info of the buyer and the order number also I had paid for the commission of etsy that's 0.2 $
You do not have any sales showing in your shop. When you make a sale it will turn up in your dashboard only with a confirmation email (just information)
No, you have no sales yet - they would show in your shop. This is a scam directed at new Sellers- do NOT give out any financial information. Some Sellers have lost thousands.
Mark as spam, and do not engage.
Intact I provided them my cc details as they requested
Etsy does not ask for your CC details. They already have all the information they need from you to process a sale.
Contact your cardholder immediately.
Ask yourself why a buyer would need your CC details - it's their CC that will be paying for the sale.
You don't have any sales showing on your page, therefore they are probably scams. They are preying on new sellers. Did the message you receive come in the From Etsy tab on your message page? Does your payment account in the shop manager under finances show you have received payment?
Yes it was that's why I thought that's from etsy support
Actually I had received two orders for the same article and received messages from etsy support that my item had been sold but after that they asked me for a verification step that I got stucked in the middle of it
Please contact your bank and cc company right away.
That was a scammer not Etsy.

I'm afraid that I did
They asked for my cc details in order to verify my account ...
Read my reply above.
No, and no one needs to see them.
There are a dozen different scams going on right now and they are all designed to relieve new sellers of their money.
Just remember that you have already given Etsy your banking and cc information. They will not ask for it again when you have a real sale.
The buyer is the one that will be paying when a sale is made in your shop - NOT YOU so they don't need your banking or cc info. Why do you have to have money in your account to accept money? Common sense goes a long way.
Don't give anyone any info from an email and do not click on any links.
Hopefully you did not lose a lot (or any) money to the scammers.
@AliAntiquesArticles you need to contact you bank immediately and inform them you have been a victim of fraud.
Many Thanks for your support.
Noo actually i felt it like a scam then I tried to process that verification that they were asking to do with an empty bank acc

@AliAntiquesArticles everyone here is trying to help you to understand that you do not have any true purchase orders for your shop.
Yes, you saw the message in your messages on Etsy. BUT: check your messages folder very closely. There is a completely separate message folder that is reserved for messages that are truly from Etsy. It is called "From Etsy" and will only have messages from Etsy.
We have all seen posts like yours in the forums, and they are all convinced that they really have an order when they do not. We can tell there is no true order because the number of sales you have is public information. Your shop shows "0" in that spot.
