Hello, I am from France and I am new to Etsy. This morning, I had my first sale but it was automatically canceled by Etsy. And I don't understand why? Do you have any idea of the reason? The Etsy hotline couldn't give me an answer.
@IrilenaCreations You are a new seller with only two items in your shop, your first item was only listed 3 days ago, the likely hood that you would get a sale on the first or second day of listing is improbable ( unless it was an arranged sale to a friend or a relative ) but not impossible, however .... there are many scammers on Etsy that target new shops, I would suspect that these could have been fraudulent attempts to scam you which were stopped by Etsy.
I have provided you with links you need to read up on and be aware of.

In many cases, it's because there is a problem with the buyer's credit card. I would not worry about it.
Two buyer, two credit card and one PayPal. I don't understand where is the problem.

How do you know you had a sale?
Etsy doesn't have a hotline. Any telephone number you find via Google is fake (scammers). Did you contact support via chat or request a call back via the support centre?
