My name is Oleksandr Bovtun, recently submitted my appeal about 15 days ago to regarding the suspension of my shop is printandlifeco, I’m looking forward to hearing back from you. My shop has been such a meaningful project for me, and I’ve dedicated a lot of time and money to building it. As someone originally from Ukraine, having this shop on Etsy gives me motivation and purpose every day to stay at feet.
I know a few friends with similar situations who were able to have their shops reinstated, and I’m hopeful for the same opportunity to continue working with you.
I also saw a message from your Etsy’s CEO, who mentioned giving sellers a second chance through the appeals process, so I’m encouraged by that and appreciate your support.
Thank you for your time and for considering my request. I would be so grateful to see my shop back again.

You are not talking to Etsy Trust and Safety--or even to Etsy--only other sellers.
To contact Etsy you need to go to the Help section and find the link to contact them.
Yes, thank you for letting me know. But I even did what you exactly said there still no respond from Trust and Safety team. Its total disaster of they are service. I did so many calls to them, specifically talking to Esty seller team. Is there some one who know how to contact Trust and Safety team with email?

you can't do that on etsy, it breaks creativity standards
If your other shop did that, then that is the problem.
You can't phone etsy, there is no number, and there is no callback option from Ukraine.

You cannot change the country of your shop, so if it was set up as Ukraine, it has to continue to have all information from Ukraine, bank - ID, tax ref etc
