thumbnail issue- some kind of new bug

Hi, when I try to adjust the thumbnail, no matter what I do, the image is cropping to the right (I'm not talking about cropping but about adjustment), and when I try to get it back without adjustment, it stays on the right and does not go back to normal. This is a huge time-consuming thing for this time of the year, not to mention it looks bad on both PC and phone! Please fix it!

Etsy has had terrible thumbnail adjustment for years now (slightly off center, too zoomed in, cutting off parts of the image etc) but I noticed today it's way worse than usual as well. Slides the whole picture FAR off to the right. I'm going to just crop all my photos into what I want the thumbnails to look like and just use that image as the first one in my listing. I can't think of any other way to fix it.
