MY Finance page not working when i'm trying to open the page to make my monthly payment this is what it's showing- Sorry, we were unable to load this page.

have you tried using different browsers? it seems to be working fine in chrome and Microsoft edge

Same here. Tried in 3-4 different browsers on desktop, on iPad on app. Can't load that part of page to pay my bills. Tech support please help.

whenever something like this happens to me and nothing works i always contact etsy chat support, you should ask them.

Try logging in via the browser into Etsy.com so that you are on the shopping site not directly into your dashboard. Then go into your dashboard via there, this sometimes works

I tried any possible combination you could think of and it's still not working. What worked for me is that I've used one of the links from an email that billing@etsy.com sent ("Your Etsy statement for September 2023 is ready"). One of the links inside took me to the "Make payment" page. And using buttons on that page allowed me to make a payment. But redirecting to one of the next pages crashed. My bank statement and new Etsy mail confirmed to me that the payment was successful, although I can't see that billing on my "Payment account" page.

What the phone number of etsy support, i cant update my accepted payments

@IlviaDesignedCo there is no phone number for you to call Etsy (anything found via Google is fake). You need to contact Etsy support via your shop manager - then you will be presented with the contact options for that issue, which might include a call back (where Etsy call you).

Since you've received your first sale, Etsy probably want to verify your ID. You can upload this  under 'Finances > Legal and tax information'.
